Privacy Policy — YourHealthier Publisher

YourHealthier Publisher (the "Tool") is an internal tool operated by Your Healthier LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It is used only by our own team to publish videos that we produce to our own YouTube channel.

YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What the Tool accesses

When the channel owner connects a YouTube account, the Tool requests permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and to read basic information about the connected channel, such as its name and ID (youtube.readonly). It uses this access only to upload our own videos and to show which channel is connected. The Tool does not access, collect or store information about YouTube viewers or other YouTube users, and it does not read comments, analytics or other channels' data.

Facebook and Instagram

The Tool can also publish the same videos to our own Facebook Page and our own Instagram professional account through Meta's Graph API, using access that the account owner granted to our Meta app. It does not read or store information about other Facebook or Instagram users.

What the Tool stores

The Tool stores, on our own server: the OAuth authorization for our channel; the video files, titles, descriptions and tags that our team prepares; the post IDs returned by YouTube, Facebook and Instagram after publishing; the access tokens for our own accounts; and an activity log of who published what and when. Team sign-in uses a session cookie that is needed for the Tool to work; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Sharing

We do not sell, share or disclose any data obtained through YouTube API Services to third parties.

Retention and deletion

Video files are kept until we delete them. The channel authorization is deleted immediately when the owner clicks "Disconnect" in the Tool, and it can also be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page. To request deletion of any data held by the Tool, email care@yourhealthier.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
